The Greatest American Hero guy (also the Pippin Guy) is Willam Kat.

This rendering took about 30 minutes to do. Most of my sketches take 30-60 minutes. I spend more time on other mediums- Gertella (which I'm still working on) has taken me about 7 hours or so.
